Matrix Management trainer

I work for a pharmaceuticals organisation called Celltech. Drug development takes place within a matrix structure of line specialisms and project teams. There are the inevitable frustrations of working within a matrix structure which I’m sure many of you have experienced firsthand! We are looking for a high level trainer to deliver some short seminars on the realities of working within a matrix management structure. The audience will include senior management and highly qualified medical professionals. We are probably looking for an experienced consultant or business School lecturer who can engage a sceptical audience by virtue of their presentation style and experience of working within large organisations. Does anyone have any recommendations?
