The Institute of IT Training has announced details of its annual National Trainers' Conference due to take place in May.

IITT's one-day conference will include 15 sessions looking at people and performance, techniques and technologies, and making training more effective.

Dave Snowden, Director of IBM's Cynefin Centre for Organisational Complexity will deliver the keynote address.

Other speakers include Clive Shepherd, Kathy Morris, Alan Bellinger, Julie Linn and Professor Harry Scarborough.

The IITTconference takes place on 18 May at the Royal Court Hotel, Coventry.
