MBAgames offers a list of interactive business training games specifically designed for play on the Web.

Their stand-alone games are available from £15 for a monthly licence, and may be a useful entry point for many people exploring web-based training.

All the games can be used by both course trainers and individual users. Three games area currently available:

- Test Your Management Skills - a powerful self-assessment tool devised by the Institute of Management

- Conglomerate, a corporate strategy team game by Chris Elgood, play-tested by international teams from companies including DHL, P&O Nedlloyd, Arthur Andersen and the Inland Revenue

- Team Leadership, five interactive management adventures for individual or team training in leadership.

More management development games are planned. Demo versions of the game are available to view on the site.
