MBTI Activities for chefs

MBTI personality type activities tailored for chefs can help team members understand their working styles and communication preferences. These activities might include collaborative cooking challenges designed to highlight different problem-solving approaches, discussion-based exercises exploring how various personality types handle kitchen pressure, and reflection activities connecting type preferences to culinary roles and leadership styles.

Hi,

I’m running an MBTI workshop for a group of chefs that work together; looking for activities that are related to chefs… Any ideas?

One Response

  1. E’s and I’s

Get the I’s together as a group, have them prepare a dish/meal while the E’s observe. Feedback. Then let chaos ensue as you get all the E’s together to do the same task while the I’s observe. A good starting point I think.
