I am always troubled by the leadtime of completing the recruitment activity.
As we are an EMS enterprise, we need always to recruit the engineer with specialized knowledge within a short time, either due to the manpower shortage or the turn over.
Nevertheless, as we got high requirement both in experience and skill as well as the English ability(oral and writing), it is very difficult for us to find the suitable in the limited time. I was quite upset.
Could you share your experience with me in the field? Thank you
