Hi Guys,
I would love some help,
I have to train a course on mentoring/coaching staff. It is system training only on a one to one basis, has anyone got material i could borrow to demostrate this effectively, i will be incorporating the learning styles-honey and mumford into it to show how people learn in different ways, it could be new and /or existing staff that they will be coaching and providing feedback too.
My email address is bmurtagh@expotel.com
Thanking you all in advance

Lots of free practical downloads
Bernie,
Do help yourself to my free mentoring downloads. These may be useful to you as I use them in a wide variety of contexts.
You will find amongst other things, a 50 point mentoring diagnostic that helps clarify the role and expectations; two sheets of mentor and mentoring definitions, and a mentoring ‘ings’ activity – just ask them to note then display as many mentoring roles ending with ‘ing’ as they can. It’s light, and followed up by the downloadable list of 134 from previous groups it makes a valuable exercise.
Anyway I hope that helps.
