Trainers and training managers are being asked for their views on modern apprenticeship frameworks for IT, telecoms and contact centres.
The feedback will be used in a review by the sector skills council e-skills UK into IT, telecom and call handling national occupational standards.
e-skills wants comments on 'what is good', 'what is bad' and 'barriers to completion' to help them develop a revised framework for modern apprenticeships.
A feedback questionnaire can be downloaded at the e-skills website.
