Ah, another month has passed and again I have updated the Learning Log at www.coach-and-courses.com.
This month there is a new little "exercise" relating to business ethics and customer services, there are some potentially useful quotes for people training in either project management or process imporvement and there is a tongue-in-cheek poster for foodies or Indian restaurant owners to download (it is the bastard child of a play on words and a little debate about copyright)
I've also just completed the second year of a "Customer Service Advisor of the Year Competition for a nationwide retail organisations so if anyone is thinking of instigating such a contest for reasons of learning, spreading best practice, motiating and recognising their staff and generating some PR material.....give me a shout!
