I am helping to facilitate a team event with 20 junior managers who work in small teams across a region. The aim of the event is to:

-to motivate them and let them knwo they are valued
-to help them see that if they understood each other more through networking for example, they could be better.

I would really recommend a visit to http://www.businessballs.com. It is full of teambuilding games, information, anecdoates, training exercises and all sorts of really useful information.
