I am helping to facilitate a team event with 20 junior managers who work in small teams across a region. The aim of the event is to:
-get them all together an
-to motivate them and let them knwo they are valued
-to help them see that if they understood each other more through networking for example, they could be better.
I am looking for a fun and inspiring exercise which we can run for them at the venue (a golf club). Can you help?
