Good morning Everyone,
I seem to recall an article on this National week being posted sometime ago but I am unable to locate it.
If anybody has anymore information I would be very grateful.
Many thanks

I haven’t heard of a say thank you week
Do you mean the National Customer Service Week? If so, it was 1st – 7th October 2007.
See http://www.nationalcustomerserviceweek.com/Default.aspx
Thank you anyway
Thanks Eddie but not what I was after.
I’m sure I read about it on a Training website and even penciled it in my calendar as w/c 19 Nov but now I’m beginning to think that I must have dreamt the whole episode.
I must need a holiday.
