Apart from Reed Learning and CIPD can anyone suggest or recommend National Training Providers who offer a large portfolio of courses such as Project Management, HR, Management, Personal Development courses etc?

You could try Pitman Training too – http://www.pitman-training.com

Nearly 100 centres around the UK so should be one near you.

I know their new ‘Go make a difference’ course has been a real success, but plenty of other relevant ones too.

I’d tap up the awarding bodies to see who their preferred suppliers are; some also self deliever (CiPD, AMI, ILM ). The universities are always a good start for business management programmes ?
