Catchy Title
We called our last one ‘Passion for Customers’ it had a bit of a ring to it.

Our customer?
How about something like:
‘Keeping the Customer OUR Customer’

Good luck

‘Taking Time To Take Care’ or T4C
Title Suggestion
How about ‘Do as you would be done by’
I always favour catchy with humour.

sadly the acronym is WC2 which may be crap depending on your postcode!
Thanks all
Have now decided on a title. It was one that a colleague came up with actually. ‘Who Cares Wins’.
Many thanks for all your suggestions, I can use some of them in the future.
