Need help for ROI in training research project

I am currently doing a project as part of the CIPD CTP course which explores various methods used in calculating ROI (Return on investment) in training in an organisation. I would be very greatful if you could answer 2 simple questions for me in order to collate data for my research.

1. Do you or your organisations carry out ROI in training?

2. If yes then what is the methodology adapted.
