For some time, I have been reading TSC (Training Standards Council) reports of providers. This is to help me have an idea of the quality of service and training offered by local providers. I know that Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Training Ltd, Birmingham, were audited during the last week in August 1999. Their report ought to have been published by, at the latest, mid-November 1999. However, I have been unsuccessful in finding any information relating to this audit. All my avenues of investigation appears to take me 'dead ends'. I cannot understand. This particular provider also refuses to provide me with the information. I am in need of assistance.
I have recently heard rumours from several sources that Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Training Ltd have been and still are under investigation for fraudulent activities by the local TECs. Might this have something to do with why their report has not yet been published?
If anyone out there can assist me, I will appreciate it a great deal.
