Everyone, Hi,
I've recently been employed as the training officer for the organisation I work for...... this is a new post so no systems are really in place other than those that the HR advisor had instigated. I'm not new to training as I used to be an instructor in one of the teams before moving into this post. I have also been an instructor whilst serving in HM Forces. However, I have been reading the posts on this site for some time to see how I could improve things. Unfortunately I am now even more confused with the differing views (for instance the debate about which qualification to take - I've yet to decide which route would best)
What I'm after, is for someone to mentor me and give me some good honest advice to move this organisation on through what is a very turbulent time. Skill Force is a charity and works in the development of school children in the 14 - 16 ages. www.skillforce.org for more info about the organisation. I guess what I'm really hoping for is someone with more experience than me to take a few moments on say a monthly basis to steer me in the right direction, I appreciate the answers may already have been posted on here but I find that most are orientated towards making a profit. Anyone want to help?

Coaching
Hi Chris
You sound as though you probably have all the answers, just need them drawing out. Life coaching is the best solution I know for what you are seeking, rather than mentoring as you mention wanting to move forward. If you want to chat call me on 01394 671369.
