I will be running an evaluation workshop this week for L&D Consultants who are not currently carrying out any evaluation of their training programes.

I have built the workshop around Kirkpatrick's four level model and have a few exercises and case studies.

I am looking for some fresh ideas and or material that will allow the delegates to work at applying the principles to an example.

If anyone out there in Training zone land has aything I could make use of, I would be deeply indebted.
