Does anybody know a good one day negotiation skills course that would be suitable for a Telesales team. It would need to be relevant, fun and delivered on site?

Hi there Andy! A lot of companies do find 1 Day Negotiation skills courses very difficult to find…especially those from a reputable provider of a high standard. I am from a telesales background and appreciate the uniqueness of your challenges.

recommend ABD
I have used a company called ABD (ran by Andrea)- details are http://www.abdtraining.co.uk, e-mail: andrea@abdtraninig.co.uk). She developed and ran an in-house negotiation programme for Telesales/Account Managers, who had a range of experience and skills. Feedback from all participants and their managers were excellent and would highly recommend talking to her. Programmes were fun and effective.
