Negotiation Skills workshop

My colleague is running a workshop on negotiation skills on Friday 17th Jan and he’s looking for a scenario to put into the final exercise.
This will see the two groups of people negotiating for something/against each other……
Can anyone give me some inspiration on a scenario he could use?
