Does anyone have any short (5-10 mins max) exercises for a group of about 5-6 people to explore the benefits/challenges/perceptions of networking ? I’ve done a search of this forum with little success.
Thanks in anticipation,

Inside out
Hi Peter
Here is one that works well and it can be run in many ways. Its purpose is to take the daunting and large scale worries out of networking.
Delegates begin by identifying their contacts close to them (Mum, Dad, brother sister) or a bit further apart (best friend, other friends) bit further again (colleagues, aquintences) Whatever level you do this at, get the delegates to identify
a. What they could do for their primary contacts
b. What their primary contacts and more importantly, the secondary contacts (the primaries contacts) could do for them
What this serves to do is to notify people that they don’t have to seek out faraway conferences and networking groups to make new contacts, they could be right under their nose.
Apologises for the brief explanation, happy to talk more, you can get me on info@supremacytraining.com
Hope this helps
