   I am passionate about Training and always keen to try new ideas….anything that makes a training  session different and enables our participants to ":get it"

   As a relative nebiew trainer, I've been reading a lot of texts on this subject h and ave found some do not take cultural differences into account,  Down here in the antipodes, developing training sessions to suit all participants can be a challenge and I'd love to know what Matthews advises.
