default-16x9

eLearnity, based in Cirencester, announced today it had recruited the ex-MD of QA Training Tony Callaghan as Commercial Director to continue the rapid growth and development of its business. David Wilson, MD and founder of the company said, "we have been working in the internet and intranet based 'e- learning' environment now for four years. To have such a respected Training figure as Tony join us as a board member and investing shareholder is an endorsement of how far we have developed our expertise in methods and learning technology systems. We are confident that under Tony's direction we will continue to see explosive growth of our business into the future."

Tony Callaghan commented, "it is clear that e-learning has the potential to re-shape the training industry. Yet when you look closely at what is, and is not working, you find few have grasped the real success factors for effective on-line learning. e-Learnity has invested heavily in developing a clear understanding of both the learning processes and the
role of technology to support and enable these processes. Their depth of experience and their methodology is the most complete model I have seen. I feel part of a special team that is offering great value to our corporate clients."

eLearnity was formed in 1996 and is a specialist in e-Learning solutions. It helps clients deliver effective e-Learning solutions using an in-house e-Learning framework and methodology and in-depth expertise in learning technologies including Lotus LearningSpace, PathWare, Centra Symposium, Macromedia Authorware & Dreamweaver and a variety of other e-Learning tools. eLearnity offers a full range of services include learning strategy & design,
implementation and support for learning delivery systems, and custom content design and development. eLearnity's mission is to reduce the cost of classroom-only training and deliver higher educational benefit compared with 'click and turn' web based training.
