I work for Renfrewshire Council and I am involved in the training of our new Customer Contact Centre. I have been given the task to develop a new award which would cover Call Centre and Customer Contact Staff. I know SVQ/NVQ are in the middle of developing a new award and ICS have a version, however I would like to ask if anyone who is developing such an award would share the information with me. I intend to work with SVQ on part of the award to allow us creditation.
