A new IT training portal, skillserver.com was launched yesterday by SkillsCo.

It contains information on training schedules for the 20 largest Microsoft, Novell and Lotus authorised training companies in the UK, with over 4,500 courses listed, and appears to be a comprehensive listing.

A quick visit to the site reveals easy-to-access course details using an expanding 'tree' of information. Alternatively you can choose a supplier and search their database in the 'zones'.

Although still in development, the aim of the site eventually is to provide IT professionals with a service relating to jobs and training to 'help IT professionals take charge of their careers'.
