'Write First Time' is a new software package from Information Transfer which offers a series of templates for the overall layout and page design of training manauls (and other written resources). All the author has to do is drop in the text for headings, learning points, text blocks, graphics, etc. The series of templates are pre-prepared to use the Microosoft Word programme and enable the author to focus on getting the content right without having to spend time on layout, style and other aspects of the design, all of which are handled by the software.

There are a range of templates to suit different sorts of audience and type of manual.

Whilst this might be a great asset, the current price of £3,250 seems somewhat steep unless you need to churn out lots of this sort of material. Nevertheless, a neat and labour saving tool.
