The DfEE has today launched a new Parents website to support adults interested in helping their children with their learning and their schooling.

The easy-to-use colourful site offers three quick choices:

- Choose In School for what your child is learning, how they are tested, and school admin
 
- Choose Out of School for admissions, health and welfare, and learning at home
 
- Choose Personalise to highlight information that is relevant to you.

There's also a directory of events of interest to parents and their children, a simple search facility and a guide for first time users. Interestingly, you can choose to view the site on any of twelve languages - the first time we've seen this facility so closely integrated into a consumer website.

Not strictly training, but no doubt of interest to many TrainingZone users!
