A learning helpline has been set up to give NHS staff advice on training and development.
The free phone line, called u-i, is being run by NHSU the corporate university for health and social care.
It offers advice to staff and their managers about courses and development opportunities and has a target of 20,000 calls a month.
NHSU head of information Heather Jackson said that feedback from the calls had already been very positive.
The NHSU officially opened last December. It aims to open up learning and development for 1.6 million NHS workers.
