I'm currently producing an introduction to NLP course and wondered if anyone had any NLP exercises and activities that can help people understand filters and meta programming. I don't want to just explain the differences I want something interactive that helps people idenify their preferences and to understand the following areas: Distortion/deletion/Generalisation Sameness/difference, Towards/Away from, Internal/external referencing, needs of self/needs of others, options/procedures Thank you for reading my request. NLP Training Materials
You can find a collection of exercises along with training content, trainer notes, workbook, etc. on NLP in NLP Core Skills Training Materials. It covers topics such as motivation away/motivation towards, filters, perspectives, frames, anchoring, goals, etc.
Hope this helps.
