Hi Everyone
I am currently putting togther some elearning material for the NVQ Business Improvement Qualification who I’m delivery with EAL as the awarding body but I’m finding that the terminolgy used can be confusing, so does anyone have a glossary of terms?
I’ve been on EALs website and googled which does find something but if you do have anything or can offer any advice then great.
