1. NVQ Units to meet your requirements
   Chris,

   I think your needs link in well with the Level 5 Operational Management Standards. Specifically Unit A5 – Manage Change in organisational activities and Unit A3 – Manage activities to meet customer requirements. From the optional units G4 Plan and Prepare Projects should be useful.

   Clearly as with all NVQs the appropriateness of the level depends on the individual’s opportunity to demonstrate competence and their individual ability.
