How do I work out % of leavers with less than one years service?

Mathematical equation
Hi Katy

Are you just looking for the mathematical equation? If so – take any fixed period

Total number of leavers in that period = X

Number of leavers in that period with less than one year’s service = Y

On your calculator – Y divided by X and hit the % button
