How can on the job training be recorded so that it is in line with the current IiP Standard? I presently have a paper based system and access to a central database (PWA), however, there is not a facility in PWA to record on the job training, whihc is resulting in 2 different areas when an individual training history can be built up. If anyone has any hints and tips as to how I could get around this it would be appreciated – thanks.
