I am charged with training a team of Housing Advisors to train volunteers on-the-job (following a traditional four-day training programme).
Does anyone have any exercises or ideas as to how I might go about this? I have about a 2-hour slot within a day of other stuff (supervising volunteers, giving feedback etc). All comments or links greatly appreciated.
