I am looking to gain some feedback and insight from you if possible?  My company has developed a service that is designed to assist companies who hold training across the UK.  We currently work with a number of leading training companies and would like to expand our offering even further.  I would like if possible to get as much feedback as possible to see if the service we offer would make a training organisers job easier.

Venue Finding – We have been working with hotels across the UK for over twenty one years and can offer proven options for all regions.   Guaranteed Events aim to have three venues in each location so that every date required can be covered.  All our venues have been viewed by one of the company directors to ensure they meet our high standard.  We monitor delegate feedback very carefully so we constantly develop the service and standard of each venue.

Contracting – Companies who provide a large number of events have found contracting to each individual event a very time consuming process.  With Guaranteed Events training service we agree one contract at the start of the partnership to suit your requirements.  Once this is agreed Guaranteed Events will take away the burden of having to sign each individual contract, dealing with this directly with each venue for you.

Invoicing/Credit – Guaranteed Events will invoice you after each event has taken place for your records and to allow you to quickly confirm correct billing details.  We will then send a monthly statement including individual invoices for the total training courses for that month.  This credit facility will reduce the amount of payment runs your company needs to make down to just one or two monthly payments.  This has proved very popular with our clients as it saves a lot of unnecessary time administrating the payments after each event.

Guaranteed Events online planning service - All our clients are given a user name and password that allows them access to the Guaranteed Events website.  The website allows the team planning the training courses to upload the numbers for each course, cancel and confirm courses, view invoices and build running orders.  The site offers a completely transparent service between the Client, Guaranteed Events and Venues, and is free of charge.

Account Manager – Each client is assigned an account manager who will be your day to day point of contact regarding the ongoing training.  This account manager will liaise direct with the venues to ensure each training course is delivered to a high standard.   At Guaranteed Events we pride ourselves on staff retention so that you build a relationship and you have the peace of mind that you are working with someone who knows how your training should run.

Reviews – Every 6 months the directors of Guaranteed Events will meet with you to review how the relationship is running and to develop the service we provide based on your feedback.
