Over the next three days, Channel 4 is screening three short mini-programmes on the role of training and development in the workplace.

Each programme in the series, entitled Inside Job, has been created by trainer and consultant Richard John and will be shown at 7.55pm each day for five minutes only.

The broadcasts will take three key skills and look at how they can be developed, dealing with managing time, negotiating and presentation skills on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings respectively.
