Online training need analysis

I'd like to hear about options to assist line managers and direct report undertake a training needs analysis using a bespoke job matrix. I'd like to be able to examine outputs from individuals and groups of people and evaluate geographical and vertical specific training needs in our global team. There are a range of job functions in question. Thanks in advance.
