I am presenting a paper entitled "The benefits of people in a professional practice" at a conference on Friday. I want to make an opening impact by way of either a quote or statement of some relevant information or statistics related to the subject.

The emphaisis of my talk will be based around the concept that people impact on business success more than any other resource, but there are steps and opportunities to be explored and developed in order to achieve this.
