Organisation Design

I am running a introductory workshop on effective organisation design/structures for a management team in a ‘ship building environment’ . They have had little or no training ever and I would like to use a practical fun exercise to set the scene on how ‘effective organisation of skills’ helps to achieve the org/personal objectives. Time is limited becasue of the usual work load issues. 15-30 mins max in total for the org. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations pls. Thank you.
