I am interested in doing some research into organisational culture and wondered whether anyone had any sort of questionnaire or other research tool to identify the key elements of an organisation's 'culture'?

Have you tried Human Synergistics?
Hi Andy
I have used, as have some of my clients an organisational survey from Human Synergistics. They say its use is “Measuring and developing organisational culture and effectiveness in terms of structures, systems, technologies and skills/qualities”
I have found it easy to administer, easy to understand and generally liked by managers and staff. Their website is http://www.humansyn.com and they have offices worldwide.
