I am desperately looking for technical training on MS Outlook 97-2000. It is for helpdesk personnel and needs to be more technical than end-user. Can anyone suggest a provider for this?

Just how ‘technical’?
Hi Sue,
I guess the first question is just how technical do you require the training to be?
I take it you’ve already looked at MOUS core & expert level certifications? If not, I might be able to provide you with some more info. (email me at spenney@pdiltd.co.uk).
Alternatively, have a look on the Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com/traincert/default.asp) for some more ideas on courses available. All you then need to do is source a UK provider…
Hope this helps.
Outlook Training
Hi Sue,
try this link to the Microsoft website
http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/training/find/courseresults.asp?searchInput=&Attempt=1&searchType=3&Product=80%2CMicrosoft+Outlook&audience=All&Delivery=All&Language=25%2CEnglish&Attempt=1&pageid=training
It gives you a list of their certified Outlook courses (ILT, books and e-learning) and once you’ve found the course you want, you can use their site to locate a CTEC near to you. Please note that courses from CTEC’s are all very much the same and so you can negotiate excellent discounts 30-40% off list price if you push them.
Good luck with getting your Outlook training.
