Saratoga Europe is conducting a European-wide survey of organisations' strategic intents towards out-sourcing HR processes. The survey is sponsored by a global technology organisation, and seeks to understand the extent to which organisations have, or intend to, outsource HR processes: the challenges/enablers and the benefits/learning points of following this strategy.
