In a pre course questionnaire for Key account management the delegates have been asked to deliver a few personal objectives. One of them wants to "understand the implication of over-arching in account management" - then "how to put said implications into practice".
Although the whole process of thoughts/actions related to the theme of KAM is contained within the course i would like to specify something around this to show that over arching is used as a general, not specifically for account managerment. Can anyone give me any pointers or share examples... thanks,
