This model, for assessing the political skills for managers, was published by Baddeley and James in 1987 who were then working at the Institute of Local Govt. Studies at The University of Birmingham.
I would like to get access to the questionnaire accompanying the model. Can anyone help?

I’ve used the model as a learning tool on my political skills courses for managers but don’t remember coming across the questionnaire. To the best of my knowledge Simon Baddeley still works at INLOGOV. I’d contact him/them and see if he/they will send you a copy.
