I’m running a day refresher course on Selling Skills to a group of experienced staff. One of the sessions will be Peak State, how to reach and maintain it. Has anyone heard of new exercises that I could try?
Thank you
Sarah

How about sharing stories?
Dear Sarah
One of the simplest things you could do would be ask everyone to tell a “story” about a time when everything was going wonderfully well, or they achieved something remarkable, while everyone else just listens attentively. If you do this is small groups, and make sure everyone has and takes equal time to speak, this should go well, and build a team too.
You can extend this if you want by incorporating positive feedback from the other participants. See http://www.nickheap.co.uk/articles.asp?ART_ID=209.
A few of us have been working together to help people identify the common thread in all their peak experiences, so you can have more of them!
If you are interested in this, there is more on http://www.theflameinstitute.com or please contact me for a chat.
Best wishes
Nick
