I have been asked by a client to deliver a training session on performance management. I have the content clear in my mind but the client wants the delivery to be “something different” with a WOW factor.
Any ideas would be appreciated

  1. WOW depends on what the client is used to !
    Sorry to be crass, Pete but what will wow one client will be “business as usual” to another…what content have you got in mind/what has the client done before?

  2. Give them an ROI.
    If you can produce an ROI that is not something they normally see and will certainly WOW them if they can see an effect on their bottom line.
