Can anyone recommend a good training video on performance management appropriate for use with directors. Most of the appraisal videos I have seen are too basic. I want something which looks specifically at managing managers' performance and careers and ideally one which covers the issue of performance ratings and giving 'tough' feedback.
Any recommendations?

Hi, I had one made when I delivered lots of appraisal and reward workshop to senior managers from different countries last year. If you would like to email me I can tell you how to go about doing it and costs/pitfalls etc. The one I ‘directed’ was extremely well recieved and showed them what a best practice appraisal should and should not look like – without dumbing it down. wg_thomas@msn.com
