Oh, where to start. My organisation has tasked me with developing and delivering a behaviours framework. So far, so good. Now they have asked me to identify possible ICT systems / e-systems which can be used by employees and managers to do their own assessment, compare results and ultimately complete and submit the appropriate forms electronically.
Is it even possible to deliver behaviours based competency frameworks in a 'tick box' way which still leads to meaningful results?
Does anybody out there know of any CHEAP system which may be available? (We are tightening our belts so tightly that my waist has dropped by 38" to -2")
I am keen to use our behaviours framework as part of the identification of skills / knowledge gaps and any advice / guidance and experience (good and bad) of using electronic systems would be welcome.
Thanks in anticipation

this just might be akin to what we need
I will evaluate more fully and perhaps we can talk further?
Thank you.
Any other answers would be most welcome though.
