Why re-invent the wheel? Have you got a good comprehensive template for a Management Personal Development Plan?
Any help would be very much appreciated

Management Development plans linked to Organisations Key Success
Hi Rick,
Have had experience of this but not sure to what extent or level of complication you require. The approach I used was essentially very uncomplicated. The complication arose from the degree of involvement & support required from their immediate manager. By all means email me and we can talk over the phone: [email protected] or ring me on 0117 9248400. Good luck!

Try Peter Honeys’ new online learning series
Rick,
Peter Honey has produced an excellent online method of keeping a dynamic personal development plan electronically.
It has an excellent pedigree, is good value, at under twenty pounds per user per year, and has a lot of functionality – for instance for benchmarking across other groups and norms.
If this is of interest, let me know and I will arrange a free fully functional demo.
All the best.
