Part of my work involves preparing people for professional exams. I can't run my usual study group this year but want to offer a "Personal Trainer" service.
The problem faced by many students is that they work on their own and have no one to ask questions when they get stuck. Nor do they have anyone with whom they can discuss their study plans or even have a moan to when they think there's too much to learn.
My idea is that I should act as a personal trainer so they could discuss issues and learning plans with me by phone or computer. I could help ensure that they were up to speed and kept motivated.
Has anyone had any experience of setting this type of service up?
