Hi
I've done the usual search of YouTube and TED and I'm still looking.
Can anyone please recommend a short video clip that illustrates the benefits of understanding and following your personal values as a leader? Something inspirational perhaps, or a personal story (well known person or not) but without a lot of meaningless blah blah. I'm looking for something that will resonate with muliti-cultural, early career talent and support their career development thinking and planning.
All suggestions welcome
Thanks
Mark

this may not be all you need but it certainly has some significant elements of your request

Leadership and Personal Values
Hi Mark,
The closest I could think of was ‘Harry’s Arctic Heroes’:

Coincidentally, I’ve just piloted a course on Values and the next course I’m running is in January, date tbd.

A re-jig due from the pilot course feedback is ‘more examples’ so it seemed quite apposite that you were looking for the same. If I think of other examples, I’ll post.

Steve
Thanks!

Many thanks for the suggestions
The death of Steve Jobs seems to have pushed a number of his videos to the fore in this space as well
Thanks again
