Try Mentis consulting http://www.mentis-consulting.com. They have an office in London and the Middle East. I use them for Hogan and they provide great value, excellent knowledge and have provided me with a lot of support/advice as to how to get the best from the profiles.
SHL have an online OPQ conversion course.
